These terms apply to the Tidybite browser extension and Tidybite Pro, provided by Dev Persaud, an individual developer in Japan ("we", "us"). By installing Tidybite or buying Pro, you agree to them. Contact: support@tidybite.app.
Using Tidybite
Tidybite's free features are free to use for personal or work use. You may not resell, redistribute or modify the extension, or try to unlock Pro without paying.
Tidybite deletes cookies and site data by design. Deleted data can sign you out of sites or remove site preferences. Keep the sites you don't want cleaned. You're responsible for your settings and for keeping your own backups of anything important.
Tidybite Pro
- Plans. Pro is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Your card provider may charge currency conversion fees.
- Free trial. The 7-day trial needs no card. When it ends, Pro features switch off unless you buy a plan, and you are not charged.
- Renewal. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to your payment method until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time in Tidybite (Tidybite Pro, then Manage subscription). You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Lifetime. "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer and support Tidybite. If we ever stop, we'll give notice in advance.
- Several computers. One purchase covers your use on your own computers and browser profiles, using "Restore purchase".
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms also apply to the payment. Before you pay, the checkout page shows the price, how often you're charged and these terms, which you agree to when you pay.
Refunds
If Pro isn't right for you, email support@tidybite.app within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. This applies to the first payment of a subscription and to a lifetime purchase. Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Nothing here limits refunds you are entitled to by law.
Customers in the EU, the UK and other places with a right of withdrawal. Pro is digital content that is unlocked as soon as you pay. When you buy, you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once Pro is unlocked. You can still use the 7-day refund above, and the free trial lets you try Pro before paying.
Tips. "Buy me a coffee" tips are voluntary and unlock nothing. If you tipped by mistake, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it.
Changes to Tidybite and prices
We may improve, change or remove features. If we change a subscription price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we've told you, and you can cancel before then.
No warranty
Tidybite is provided "as is". We work to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will work on every site or delete every piece of data, as websites and browsers change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data or being signed out of a site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rights in your country.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
